Our company is relatively young and we will write it’s history together with you. We can and have fun to produce champagne and we would like to share this fun of this beverage with you. The champagne sparkling wine at «Kursavsky Vinzavod» LLC factory (ООО «Курсавский Винзавод») is produced by the periodical reservoir method. This method is known as Charmat process in the world.
The wine champagnisation is produced in airtight stainless steel containers – the acratophores, and then champagne is bottled. This is an interesting and sophisticated process and then we get sparkling champagne which is filled with the sun. Millions of bubbles play in the wineglass and open the heart of the wine.
